Thor Phillips has more than a decade of professional audio and electronic repair experience.
He has managed repair workshops for some of the nations prominent audio companies and is well known for his specialisation in repairing and restoring valve and vintage amplifiers and studio equipment and electronic instruments.
Based in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, Thor's client list includes well-known musicians, music producers and recording studios, schools, churches, large and small organisations and individual music lovers.
Thor is also an experienced live sound engineer working with a variety of Australian and international musical acts. He has recorded and produced albums for several artists including Aussie acts Juzzie Smith, and Collins Class.
Also a professional musician, Thor learnt to play the guitar when he was four years old and later expanded to drums, bass, and dobro guitar. He has performed as a solo artist and as part of bands at many of Australia's premier music festivals including Woodford Folk Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival, Broadbeach Blues and Country Music Festivals.
